Upon your arrival, please feel free to come in, seek assistance with any of our instructors.  We would love to have you and your loved ones to participate in a trial class session.  Please don't be timid and sit by the sideline.  Please remember that the best way to see if the atmosphere, the instruction, and training pace will fit for you is to simply join in with us.

Please download and complete the REGISTRATION FORM and LIABILITY WAIVER FORM  and bring them to class when you are ready to join our family. 

Please contact the center for class fees as they are specific to each training center.
