DVD 1:  Covering requirements from Light Blue - Dark Blue belt.  Upon mastering these techniques, an examination must be submitted to Master Linh Thai and passed, in order to recognize an indivdidual as an "OFFICIAL" disciple of Vovinam - Viet Vo Dao.
